Quarter of a Century is worth a massage :-)

It gets pretty weird when one can EASILY remember events 15 years ago. Wow. I guess turning 25 will do that to a person. It makes ya feel old. So does a fifth anniversary coming up, along with a kid or two. HAHA, just kidding...just one...did I scare ya? I was just talking about Sakari.
Anyway, this is what was on the kitchen counter when I woke up Monday morning:
I've always secretly thought a massage would be pretty awesome, and I guess my man got the memo! :-) Maybe it's cause I'm always bantering for massages. (ex.: he owes me one backrub for every haircut he receives from his wife) He's probably secretly glad that his hair is thinning a 'bit' on the top- makes for less haircuts (aka, massages)! Just another sign of aging!

Greenmill's pizza filled our bellies Mon evening, as did Culver's 'Chocolate Dream' custard. We topped off the night with a trip to Walmart for diapers and Kefir.

Rhya's little mouth was constantly slurping up the juicy beauties. She'd slip her little hands in between the green leaves and usually come up with the big red ones. She even figured out the concept of putting the strawberries in the pail, and on a rare occasion, she'd contribute. Most of the time the berries didn't make it past her mouth.
She made friends with the folks on either side of us by showing them her pickings. They couldn't help but smile and talk to her as she went trucking down our row with her dripping, red chin and constant jabbering.
More pics on Shutterfly. Now I'm off to pack for Canada! Rhya and I are leaving with my parents in 3 hours so I better be efficient while Rhya naps. Here goes a 10 hour road trip. Am I crazy? Nah, just 25.

  1. For some odd reason, it's never occurred to me to do a haircut/massage tradeoff. Makes sense!

Berry picking looks like a blast. I'll have to go with you when we get back from our trip. (If you still want more, that is.)

Do they make you pay for estimated number of eaten berries, or is that figured into the price? :-)
